1. Eligibility and account

• You must be 18 or over and legally allowed to play where you live.
• One account per person, household, IP address, device and payment method, unless Yeah96 approves otherwise.
• Keep your login secure: you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Yeah96 may suspend or close accounts to meet legal, security or responsible-gambling obligations.

2. Verification (KYC/AML)

• Identity, age and risk checks may be requested at any time.
• Not completing them can mean restricted features, blocked withdrawals or account closure.
• Data may be shared with verification and payment partners. See the privacy policy and the verification guide.

3. Deposits and payments

• Pay from methods in your own name.
• Transactions can be rejected or reversed for compliance reasons.
• Fees, limits and supported methods can vary by region and provider.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes can lead to suspension and recovery action. See Payments.

4. Bonuses, promotions and wagering

• Promotions are optional and have their own terms. If they conflict with the general terms, the promotion’s terms win for that offer.
• Unless stated otherwise, slots count 100% toward wagering; table, live and excluded providers may count less or nothing.
• One claim per player per promotion period. Multi-accounting, side-betting and hedge betting are prohibited.
• Turnover is the total of qualifying bets. Rollover may be a fixed amount or a multiple of the bonus or of deposit plus bonus, as each promotion states.
• Withdrawing before the requirement is met voids the bonus and any winnings from it.

5. Withdrawals

• KYC may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum amounts, frequency and review times may apply.
• Payouts go to the original funding method where possible, otherwise to an approved alternative in your name.

6. Gameplay and fairness

• Outcomes are decided by certified random number generators; rules and paytables come from each game studio.
• Results caused by glitches or evident errors may be voided, and bets placed after a known fault may be cancelled.
• Games can be suspended for maintenance or regulatory reasons.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Multi-accounting, identity or payment fraud, bonus abuse, match-fixing, collusion, bots and any unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN or similar to get around geographic or regulatory restrictions.
• Selling or transferring accounts or balances.
• Breaches can lead to forfeited winnings, frozen funds, closure and a report to authorities.

8. Responsible gambling

• Limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available on request. Under-18 gambling is prohibited. See Responsible Gambling.

9. Intellectual property

• Site and app content, logos and game assets are protected. Personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Liability, disputes and governing law

• The platform is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Yeah96 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Complaints go to Live Chat or support@yeah96.com.
• The terms are governed by the law of Yeah96’s licensing jurisdiction, and disputes may be escalated to the relevant regulator where required.

11. Changes and termination

• Yeah96 can update the terms or any promotion at any time, with effect from posting.
• Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated terms.
